My Story

Loude Mia is from Grand-Goâve, where she lived with her mother and grandfather. When her mother left and never returned, Loude Mia was left in the care of her grandfather—who, despite his love, was unable to provide the care and support she needed on his own.

​Determined to find a safe place where Loude Mia could thrive and attend school, her grandfather reached out to ARISE Children’s Village. Today, Loude Mia is lovingly cared for by the Fenelon family, surrounded by the safety, stability, and opportunities every child deserves.
